We analyzed 3,500+ campaigns run through Hyvenna across 30 niches to understand what separates top-performing creator programs from the rest. The headline: micro-influencers (5k–50k followers) delivered 2.7x higher engagement rates than macro accounts, at roughly one tenth of the cost per post.
Product-seeded campaigns — where creators are paid with product instead of flat fees — showed a 94% average acceptance rate when the match score was above 90%. Fit beats fee: creators who genuinely use the product category post more, post faster and keep the content live longer.
On the outcomes side, brands that repurposed UGC into paid ads saw an average 4.3x ROAS, versus 2.1x for studio creative. External traffic pushed to marketplace listings lifted organic rank by 62% on average within six weeks.
